Role: CHP Maintenance Specialist in our Bio-Resource department

Location: The role is a flexible hybrid working arrangement, although there is an expectation that some of your time will be spent working across our operational WWTW sites from where your team(s) operate in the Yorkshire region. Please note the site you will be based at, will be determined by your home location. A full UK driving license (with no more than 6 points) is an essential requirement of this role, with the ability to travel between sites.
Who are we looking for?
We are currently out to market for an experienced Bioresources CHP Maintenance Specialist to work closely with our Bioresources Craft and CHP Service Partner, ensuring maintenance plans are optimised on a condition-based need, any assets have limited downtime and asset outages are planned.
Working collaboratively with our operational teams, you will ensure they have available CHP assets to meet business targets and act as a trouble shooter/engine optimiser. Seeking opportunities for improved engine performance, you will gain an understanding of where we can maximise load and availability, providing timely intervention with our service provider and holding them to account In particular engine maintenance and developing a proactive health check regime.
What will you be doing in the role?
The performance of our Bioresources CHP Maintenance Specialist will directly equate to the improvements in engine fleet safety and improvement in lost downtime, culminating in generation targets being met. You will also be responsible for:
Maintenance Optimisation: Working closely with our service provider to agree job delivery content, schedules and criticality. Ensuring work is planned and deliverable with operations and drive the most optimal maintenance delivery approach for Bioresources CHP assets

Our Bioresources CHP Maintenance Specialist will hold the relevant technical qualification in an CHP engine engineering discipline, with significant experience in end-to-end design to meet service requirements. You will also:
