Salary: £12.60

The Performance, Compliance and Data Officer will assist the Operations Manager in: • Contract management activities • Financial administration and budget monitoring • Stakeholder engagement • Analysis of property data and production of reports.
This post will focus on customer service with responsibility for ensuring that tasks raised via the outsourced helpdesk and reported in the CAFM (Concerto) are followed up with suppliers, chased and completed in accordance with the contractual performance standards. The post holder will be a good communicator and will take responsibility for liaising with the customer that has reported the fault to keep them informed and see faults through to completion.
SKILLS & ABILITIES

  1. The ability to work under pressure, organise and prioritise own work
  2. Strong administrative and time management skills
  3. The ability to run and understand reports on a CAFM system
  4. The ability to communicate effectively and concisely with team members, contract providers, and members of the Council
  5. The ability to process and raise invoices
  6. Excellent interpersonal skills
  7. Demonstrable IT skills
  8. Flexible
  9. Team-work and co-operation.
  10. Good attention to detail.

KNOWLEDGE

  1. A knowledge of statutory compliance and health and safety issues related to facilities management.
  2. Knowledge of finance and CAFM systems
  3. A knowledge of the structure of facilities management supply chains
  4. A knowledge of administrative processes and systems
    EXPERIENCE
  5. Administrative experience in a local government organisation or similar setting
  6. Experience in running reports from a CAFM system or similar
  7. Experience in a role dealing with compliance and health and safety legislation
  8. Experience in the processing and raising of invoices for external suppliers

QUALIFICATIONS

A business administration qualification would be desirable but is not essential.
