The Role –  Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a proactive, agile, and inspiring marketer to join and lead a small team to success.

Day to day, you could be…

• Reporting to and collaborating with the marketing director – you will help develop and executive the marketing strategy.
• You will be an ideas person who is brimming with thoughts about different creative campaigns.
• Utilising your experiences across the whole marketing mix and have a good knowledge of performance marketing.
• Developing relationships with 3rd party agencies and the wider business.

You – Marketing Manager

You will need…

• Experience of working across the whole marketing mix with tangible products and within a B2C environment.
• To be an excellent communicator, be a great team manager player, and have strong self-motivation and initiative.
• To have experience of managing a minimum of 1 direct report.

They have a flexible approach to working, looking to do up to two days/week from home. The rest of the time, their offices are easily commutable from Ascot, Bracknell, Wokingham, Basingstoke, Reading, Farnborough, Farnham, Aldershot, Guildford, Leatherhead, Maidenhead, Croydon, Slough, Epsom and wider areas of Surrey!
