Job description
Driver Require, the local driver recruitment specialist, are seeking Class 1 drivers to work for our client out of their Andover depot on an regular and ad-hoc basis.
Overview:
- Trunking with double decker refrigerated trailers
- 24/7 operation
- Day and night shift, Day hours 06:00-18:00 Night hours 18:00-06:00
- You will be required to work various start times between 22:00 - 02:00 so total flexibility is required
- Polite and professional transport team
- Use of canteen and onsite company shop
- £20.01 Days Inc Holiday pay ( £17.71 without holiday)
- £22.28 Nights Inc Holiday pay (£ 19.72 without holiday)
- Saturday £23.44 Inc Holiday pay (£20.74 without holiday)
- Sunday £25.40 Inc Holiday pay (£22.48 without holiday)
Candidate Requirements:
- 2 years experience Class 1 essential
- Recent experience driving double – decker and refrigerated trailers in last 60 shifts
- Maximum of 6 points on licence andNO majors DR DG IN10 TT99
- Must be flexible with working days and hours
- Excellent knowledge of Tachograph rules and manual entry procedures
