Are you a passionate Registered Veterinary Nurse looking for a new adventure? Look no further! Our client is on the hunt for a dedicated RVN to join their thriving, independent small animal veterinary practice in Chessington.
Our client is a well-established practice with a legacy of caring for our furry friends. They have been serving their community for many years and have built up a loyal client base with long-standing patients and their owners, as well as welcoming new pets into their family.
They have two skilled Vets, three RVNs, and a friendly crew of receptionists who make every day at work a delight. They support each other, enjoy group lunches (with a side of bad singing), and even hang out outside of work for fun activities.
You will be involved in exciting tasks like taking blood samples, placing IVs, assisting in surgeries and minor operations, performing ultrasound scans, dental charting, taking x-rays, processing laboratory samples, and triaging emergency cases.
They take pride in their state-of-the-art facilities, including a modern IDEXX lab for rapid in-house testing, computerised radiography, ultrasound, and endoscopy equipment. They have everything you need to excel in your role, from fluid pumps for safe IVFT administration to a top-notch multi-parameter machine in their sterile operating theatre.
Our client understands that a comfortable environment is crucial for patients' recovery. That is why they have separate cat and dog wards, an isolation unit, spacious operating theatre, and dedicated rooms for consultations, patient preparation, and radiography.
