THE ROLE:
Highly ranked disputes team is seeking an additional Commercial Litigation Solicitor who is looking for a role where they can deal with high quality and interesting litigation matters. The work is challenging and complex and covers the broad remit of commercial litigation matters. Handling complex commercial litigation matters you will be bright and ambitious with a strong desire to undertake matters of a complex nature. Superb opportunity for a driven and ambitious Commercial Litigation Lawyer to continue handling a high-quality caseload that City firms would be envious of! Working within a highly rated team, the disputes team cover the broad remit of litigation including IT and technology claims, shareholder disputes, contract disputes, corporate recovery, and company proceedings and the firm are looking for an Associate or Senior Associate who can come in and hit the ground running.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Lawyer will need to be able to demonstrate a broad commercial understanding, have a practical approach and be a true team player. Working as part of a supportive team you will be expected to develop your own portfolio of clients and will have an interest in the areas of business development and client retention. Applications are sought from individuals who are ambitious and have the drive to develop a career within a truly autonomous environment which also offers plenty of training and support to assist in achieving your career aspirations. The right candidate will move through the internal structure and will be supported with skills and career development. Suitable Commercial Litigation Solicitors will have at least 6 years PQE in dealing with a complex caseload of commercial litigation matters.
