As a Course Coordinator you’ll be key to delivering our summer courses, playing an essential role in student welfare, leading trips and activities and ensuring the smooth running of our Juniors courses for international students aged 13‒24 .

• Responsible for maintaining an atmosphere of enthusiasm, curiosity and fun on the course.
• Be the front line in ensuring the safety, welfare, enjoyment and discipline of the students.
• Support the delivery of the social and cultural programme, leading activities, day trips and restaurant visits.
• Support the general smooth running of the courses, including making sure students are on time and in the right place for their academic sessions.
• Support the gathering of marketing material such as student testimonials, photographs and videos.

Location: This is a non-residential role - accommodation and travel expenses are not included. Meals will be provided when on duty. You’ll work in some of the most prestigious university locations across Cambridge. Participating could include day trips across the UK, local activities such as punting and formal dining in historic colleges.

Minimum requirements

• Great communication skills
• Professional, diligent and organised
• Able to work to a prepared budget
• General competency in IT skills
• Right to work in the UK (we cannot sponsor work visas for this role)
