Then let us convince you why you should join! As a Duty Manager, you will work a variety of shifts between 3 AM - 11 PM. As a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 AM, bringing your rate of pay to £14.13 per hour! Previous experience in leading the team is required. Responsibilities for Duty Manager: Leading the team through the shift Demonstrate knowledge of Breakfast Club products to advise customers in a professional and helpful manner Maintain all unit displays in accordance with Brand standards Consistently meet shift/daily average spending, waste, and portion control targets Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance in all work areas Requirements for Duty Manager: Previous experience in leading the team Due to some responsibilities within the Duty Manager role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts. Successful candidates will be required to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations.
