Job description
Our client is seeking to make a significant contribution as a renewable energy company within Saudi Arabia.
They are currently seeking a skilled Lawyer ideally with a minimum of 15+ years of experience, specialising in the energy and renewables sector. Ideal candidates will possess expertise in advising on extensive energy and infrastructure ventures, project financing, and regulated sectors. Key responsibilities include overseeing policy development, governance protocols, and compliance with contractual obligations, legal regulations, and the clients' ESG strategy, ensuring effective communication to internal and external stakeholders.
Our client welcomes candidates qualified in any jurisdiction worldwide, provided they have gained high-quality legal experience in the energy/renewables field. However, candidates with experience in the GCC are highly preferred.
Remuneration: USD 250,000 to 300,000 tax-free + ex-pat benefits & bonus
