Aqua Cure, a reputable name in the water treatment industry, is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in assisting our customers with their enquiries and providing exceptional service.

As a Customer Service & Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for answering customer calls and emails, providing product information, processing orders, and resolving customer concerns. You will also actively engage in sales activities by identifying customer needs and promoting our products.

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual who has excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail. Previous customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required, as we provide comprehensive training to all new hires.

In order to excel in this role, you should be a quick learner who can adapt to changing situations. You should also have good problem-solving skills and be able to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult or irate customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering customer inquiries and providing accurate information about our products
• Processing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery
• Resolving customer concerns and complaints in a professional and satisfactory manner

Benefits

• Base Salary £25,500 per year OTE £29,100
• Working hours: Mon - Thurs: 8.30am - 5.30pm, Fri 8.30am - 5pm
