Specialist Public Practice recruiters Clark Wood are currently working with a well know regional firm of accountants in their Taunton who are expanding and seeking to recruit an AAT, ACA or ACCA Qualified Accounts Senior/ Supervisor (non-audit) to join their rural and agricultural team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and will be responsible for ensuring that all compliance work is completed accurately and efficiently for clients within your designated portfolio.

The workload will be focused towards the preparation and review of statutory accounts and tax returns.

The ideal candidate will have experience of undertaking an Accounts and Tax focused position within a client facing environment and will have gained significant exposure to a range of clients, ideally with those is the agir/rural sector.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to join an established and forward thinking firm where there will be genuine scope for career development. Study support is available for candidate looking to complete qualifications.

Skills:

ACA / ACCA Qualified

AAT & QBE considered

Excellent understanding of the accounting and tax requirements of SMEs

Experience of client management
