π§ A Multifaceted Role: As a Campus Supervisor, you'll be at the forefront of maintaining a safe and productive environment for their students and staff, which is essential to their success.
π Student Liaison: Be the friendly, welcoming face of our client, assisting students with operational needs, providing directions, and ensuring they have the best experience possible.
π¦ Storage and Removals: Help students with packing, moving, and storing their work and belongings throughout the academic cycle.
π₯ Health and Safety: Safeguard the well-being of our community by ensuring health and safety protocols are followed, and that facilities are in tip-top condition.
π Security: Maintain campus security, monitor access, and work closely with security personnel to ensure everyone's safety.
π οΈ Maintenance: Keep an eye on the building, report defects, and ensure that maintenance issues are addressed promptly.
π§Ή Housekeeping: Ensure that the spaces are clean and welcoming, with a keen eye for detail.
π Fire Safety: Take on the vital role of Fire Warden, ensuring emergency routes are clear and everyone is safe in case of a fire.
π₯ First Aid: Be the go-to person for first aid, attending to emergencies and reporting incidents when necessary.
πΌ Equipment and Resources: Help distribute and maintain College equipment and resources, and ensure safety standards are met.
π Portering: Assist with moving and delivering items, making sure everything is in its right place.
π Customer Relationships: Build strong connections with students and staff, being responsive and providing top-notch customer service.
π£οΈ Clear Communicator: You excel in both written and verbal communication.
π€ Interpersonal Skills: You can build strong relationships and work effectively with people at all levels.
ποΈ Prioritization Skills: You're organised, efficient, and can manage your workload effectively.
πͺ Physical Fitness: You're up for the physical demands of the role, including manual handling tasks.

π First Aid Certificate: Having one is a plus!
