Description:
Mortgage and Protection Adviser is required to work within a busy brokers in South East Essex, providing mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients. This is an excellent time to join the company- they have a large bank of existing clients along with new client opportunities provided daily from their large number of introducers, existing clients and recommendations.
Role:
- Carrying out client appointments within local offices or client homes
- Carrying out a fully compliant sales process when recommending and arranging mortgages, protection and general insurance policies
- Exceeding monthly targets (for both mortgage and protection)
- Working closely with estate agency colleagues to provide feedback on leads, appointments and applications as well as providing coaching where required in order to generate more opportunities
- Growing existing client relationships and spotting new client / introducer opportunities
- Administrative support provided
Requirements:
- Fully CeMap or equivalent qualified
- Minimum of 1 year’s current experience within the mortgage industry
- Full driving licence and own vehicle a must
- Professional, well presented and forward thinking
