We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join our vibrant team as soon as possible at a 'Good' Ofsted-rated Primary school in Newham.
As a Year 3 Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a love for learning and supporting the academic and personal growth of our students.
Year 3 Teacher Responsibilities: - Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons that inspire curiosity and critical thinking.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported.
- Assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure holistic development and academic success.
- Foster a love for learning and promote a growth mindset among students
- Support disadvantaged children from the borough of Newham
Year 3 Teacher Requirements: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably in Year 3.
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for education and a commitment to providing high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
- Able to commute daily to Newham
- Good behaviour management skills
