Care Team Leaders – Oxfordshire
• Days : £10.50 and £11 on weekends
• Nights : £11 flat rate
FULL TIME, PERMANENT CONTRACT, NURSING HOME
Ideally you will:
* have NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care and have worked as a Senior Care Assistant / Team Leader in a previous role
* have experience of working with older people
* have knowledge and use of clinical assessment tools e.g. Waterlow,
* Understand care planning processes and have experience of writing care plans
* have experience of leading a shift
