I am recruiting a Credit Control Team Leader for a large and impressive corporate organisation which has over £20bn Global turnover and 31,000 UK & I employees.
This business has a Finance Shared Services Centre with over 200 accounting and finance professionals delivering a service to the organisation, nationally. Based in this Finance Shared Services Centre in Worksop, you would join a large department of Accounts Receivable specialists covering the full order to cash process.Specifically you will be leading a Credit Control team of up to circa 10 employees. This will involve the full process from recruitment, training, resource allocation and task management, motivation, progression and development, reviews and appraisals, performance management if required. They also have a continuous improvement approach including reviewing and implementing changes to processes, procedures and systems. You will also be producing various reports for management. Specific project work may be applicable. The team is mainly focused on collection of outstanding and overdue debt, predominately via telephone calls to commercial customers. This is a target and KPI driven environment and you will be rewarded for your success.The salary is £32,455. There is also a discretionary bonus which is payable quarterly. The holidays are 25+ stat and the hours are 8:30am-5pm Monday to Friday. Following a successful training period a day or two a week remote working will be available for discussion.The offices are based in Worksop which has excellent transport links for applicants in North Notts or Derbyshire and South Yorkshire equally alike, being a 10 minutes drive from both the M1 and A1 motorways and their is free onsite parking.
