Deputy Nurse Manager
Dual registered nursing and residential home providing for clients whose needs are associated with mental health. The home provides a specialist service for those with the potential for challenging behaviour. .
DETAILS OF THE ROLE AVAILABLE:
Hours:
- 42 hours per week (3 and 4 roster) 8am
- Full time role required (deputy manager on the rota)
- Week one – Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday 8am-8pm
- Week Two – Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 8am-8pm
Shifts: The role of Deputy is primarily working on the day shift as above,
opposite the registered manager – on call may also be required

JOB SUMMARY:
The role of the Deputy will ensure that
a high level of nursing care is offered to all of our clients, supporting and
guiding the care staff and supporting the Registered Manager with all aspects
of the home.

QUALIFICATION:
- RMN or EQUIVALENT
- REGISTERED WITH NMC
- WILLINGNESS TO UNDERTAKE FURTHER TRAINING
- ENHANCED AND CLEAN CRB / DBS CLEARANCE
