Quality manager
I am currently recruiting for a food testing laboratory who are looking to hire a quality manager
Job responsibilities:
Overseeing all quality-related operations at the site and guiding the quality team.
Evaluating quality protocols throughout the organization to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
Proficient in analysing intricate data from various sources and generating comprehensive reports.
Assessing risks and proposing risk mitigation strategies in compliance with ISO17025 standards.
Leading both internal and external quality audits.
Capable of deciphering accreditation criteria and technical advisories to devise innovative quality management strategies.
Qualifications required to do this role:
Degree in Science or equivalent
Proven experience in managing quality functions within a food testing UKAS 17025 accredited laboratory
Proven experience in leading and conducting audits
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Ability to interpret complex results, identify, analyse trends and patterns, and make sound recommendations
