LTF Recruitment are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our partner primary school located in the Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield area (B76). This position offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced educators in a dynamic and supportive environment, working with students on a 1-1 or small group basis. The successful candidate will support children with their educational and behavioural development, working collaboratively to provide the best support possible.

Role Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with the classroom teacher to ensure that students are able to effectively access learning
• Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
• Work with students to support their academic, social and emotional development in line with individual needs and targets
• Provide support on a 1-1 and small group basis
• Effectively manage classroom behaviours in line with the school's policies and expectations

Requirements:

• A relevant qualification is desirable
• Previous experience of supporting children with special educational needs (SEN)
• A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a difference in students' lives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers and parents
