Remuneration: £12 per UDA + Private

Description: Part-time Performer Dentist required for 3 days per week in a busy, INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice near Rochester, Kent. 
•    3000 UDAs available @ £12 per UDA
•    Good private earning potential
•    50% split on private
•    Dentist will inherit a stable NHS list 
•    The successful candidate will have the support of In-house marketing team to promote services and build on the existing client base
•    Clinicians will have the opportunity to work alongside IMOS, Sedation Dentist, and Implant Dentist
•    Fully computerised surgeries - 5 surgeries
•    Digital X-rays, iTero Scanner, OPG & Exact Software
•    Practice offers all aspects general dentistry, plus Invisalign, Aesthetic Dentistry, and Sedation
•    Practice can offer training in Invisalign
•    Full support team with Hygienist and OPG trained Nurses
•    5 minute walk to train station with great transport links to London - 35 minutes to St Pancras via train
•    Town centre location with onsite staff parking
•    All candidates must be registered with the GDC and hold an active Performer Number, A valid DBS certificate will be required on request
•    Available April 24, start date negotiable

- Full NHS Performer Number if applicable
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years 
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
- IRMER
- PIN number
