The Role:

• Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons
• Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students who require additional support
• Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and resources
• Help to create a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere for all students.

Requirements:

• A university degree (Lower second or above)
• Some experience working with secondary-aged children, whether through previous teaching assistant roles, volunteering, or other relevant activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for education and a desire to contribute to the academic development of young minds
• An enhanced DBS on the online update service (or be willing to get one)
