Job description
A family run restaurant, that serves traditional and modern Italian food using the finest ingredients in a relaxed and unhurried atmosphere. Apart from amazing food, they have an excellent wine list too.
A passionate Restaurant management will be required to run day-to-day management of business
This includes overseeing the business's daily operations, managing the workforce and rotas. Finances, planning company strategies, ensuring marketing efforts achieve objectives, and managing the business's reputation.
You will also be required to deal with the stock taking and turnover for the restaurant
General hours are 40-45 per week mainly Thursday – Sunday
Salary DOE around £50k plus either company car or 5/10% profit paid 3 monthly
Also an opportunity if looking to relocate
They have a 2 bed flat above the restaurant that’s available to rent
