Smile Education Northwest are delighted to be working alongside a friendly secondary school in the recruitment of a Music Tutor.
This role is ideal for a recent music graduate or music tutor- such as a private instrument teacher. The successful applicant will be delivering pre-planned music lessons across KS3 and KS4 with additional responsibility for delivering drama lessons. This is a fantastic opportunity, working with a supportive school within proximity to Standish, Red Rock, Shevington, and Wigan town centre. The expected salary range for this role is between £85-100 What to expect from applicants? We would like applicants to be either a recent music graduate or someone with a prior history of music teaching or tutoring. This can be in a private setting and not necessarily classroom based. To be successful in your application, you should have experience in one or more of the following: - Experience in teaching or tutoring music. Or be a recent graduate from a Music related course - Good understanding of music curriculum at a secondary school level - Able to differentiate pre-planned lesson material to ensure pupils are able to access lesson content We are committed to safeguarding children.
