Position: Design Authoriser
Pay rate: £52 p/h inside IR35.

IO Associates seeks a Design Authoriser for the Broughton site. Join a global aerospace leader specializing in commercial and military aircraft, helicopters, defense, and space sectors. Responsibilities
Lead, approve, and authorize design solutions, including Major/Minor Design Modifications and Design Query Notes.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team, identifying skill gaps and driving improvement plans.
Ensure adherence to design standards, collaborating with other functions for seamless integration.
Act as a design authorization signatory.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency.
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate satisfactory design solutions and implementation on aircraft, supporting airworthiness certification and configuration management.
