Job description
Do you have the passion, drive and commitment to take on the role of TA/Keyworker in our team, working at our school in Finchley? You would be working alongside the teacher with an individual pupil or as additional support with a small group of 3-4 children.
We offer training and professional development as well as a clearly structured career path. We are very strong on personal development and encourage staff to further themselves.
This role will suit those looking to work a shorter day as our day is 9am-3pm, and the contact with children is only 9:30am-2:30pm.
We are looking for you if you have the desire and motivation to meet the challenge of working with children with SEN. If you are passionate about making a real difference to young people and can demonstrate your experience of working with pupils with special educational needs, particularly those with autism and/or challenging behaviour, in a structured setting either within the classroom or in youth work, we would love to hear from you. You should be adaptable and an excellent communicator with a commitment to professional development. You will need to have experience of working with SEN children, but there are no specific qualifications required
