Early Years Baby Room Practitioner

Job description
We are looking for a qualified Level 2 or 3 practitioner who is caring and patient to nurture our babies.
Duties and Responsibilities
To act as a key person to a small group of children who may or may not have additional educational needs.
To support Room Lead with day-to-day running of the room and use their own initiative where required.
To work as part of a team and to assist where needed within the Setting.
To plan and deliver a broad range of exciting opportunities and activities to ignite and enhance babies’ learning.
To understand and implement the Three I’s: Intent, Implementation and assess the Impact in planning holistically for their key children.
To participate actively in continuing professional development, training and other in-service activities both on and off-site.
To keep up to date with current legislation, policies and procedures.
To keep children safe at all times
To undertake any other duties that are in line with the purpose of the post as may be required from time to time.
Most of all we need someone who has a good sense of humour, enthusiasm and is a team player.
