We are recruiting for a Permanent Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join a small animal practice in the Kings Lynn, Norwich. This is a permanent, full-time role working 39 hours a week over four days with 1:6 weekends.
The position is ideal for a vet who is looking to take on a lead role within a practice and manage a team. They will be responsible for continually driving the clinical standards within the practice forward. The ideal candidate would be an experienced Veterinary Surgeon who is confident in client communications, establishing good working relationships and leading by example. They will be confident in consultations and surgeries and will have the ambition to drive the practice forward. Previous leadership skills / management experience would be advantageous but not essential.
There is also branch partnership opportunities for the right candidate.

Ensure that a high standard of Veterinary care is delivered each day and that the team provide quality and ethical care to all their patients and clients
