As a Hotel Operations and Retail Manager you will be leading and supporting the Hotel Operations team onboard a luxury Cunard ship. You will help to develop and empower your leaders to resolve Guest queries in a professional and efficient manner and oversee the ships administration and clearance procedures. You will also be responsible for ensuring that onboard revenue targets are met, including revenue partners. Are you thoughtful and proud to deliver a world class service to our guests? If so you could be ideally suited to the Hotel Operations and Retail Manager position. To join Cunard in this fantastic role you must have the following: Experience of managing a large team in a similar role onboard a cruise ship environment; Ability to speak and write in fluent English; Demonstrated experience of delivering exceptional Guest service; Experience of marketing sales promotions, market research and / or sales analysis; Experience of working with the cruise, travel or leisure industry; It takes great passion and real dedication to maintain our position at the top.
