This leading family law team works with a range of medium and high net worth clients on an array of matters to include: 

• Arrangements for children
• Businesses on divorce or separation
• Cohabitation
• Divorce and separation
• International family law issues
• Pension sharing
• Separating well, together
• Surrogacy and fertility law
• Trusts on divorce or separation
• Wealth protection including pre-nuptials

You will run your own caseload of standard family matters as well as assist the senior fee earners with more complex clients and their affairs.
