JOB TITLE: Office Administrator
SALARY & BENEFITS: Competitive salary dependent on experience
WORKING HOURS: Full Time – Monday to Friday

JEM PACKAGING are manufacturers of printed packaging. We are conscious of sustainability and specialize in the production of high-quality folding cartons and printed labels.

Customers include all sectors of the packaging industry. We work collaboratively with all our customers to continue to provide packaging solutions and give technical support. Due to expansion an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Administrator to join our existing team.
Key Responsibilities for the Office Administrator include:

- Taking calls, emails and dealing with them in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assisting with administrative duties as required.
- Filing and photocopying at regular intervals
- Distribute post and action workflow requirements
- Assisting with archiving deliveries/collections and supporting when required
- Opening new instructions accurately and within service standards
- Working with Microsoft application.
- Follow health and safety procedures
- Work together with and alongside other operators.

THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate must be a hard working and motivated person. Training will be given. The ability to be flexible and work occasional overtime/shift work, as well as good attendance is essential.
