Job description
Hiring a Process Engineer for our client to work at St Fergus Gas Terminal in Aberdeenshire, ensuring efficient and safe site operations.

With your customer focus, ability to communicate effectively and develop strong working relationships, you will be:
• Supporting class 1 and 2 project lifecycles, HAZIDs, HAZOPs, constructability reviews, and providing technical and operational input
• Applying ‘Human Factors’ concepts during activities
• Preparing and overseeing class 2 process studies, work scope and SoR documents, and issuing to teams
• Updating and developing SOPs
• Administering and developing alarm management strategies
• Leading optimisation of SFGT and pipeline operations activities
• Improving safety and environmental PSPIs and behavioural safety and initiatives
• Optimising and applying net zero roadmap activities
• Ensuring compliance with UK legislation and company policies
You will have:
• A degree in Chemical/Process Engineering
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for information dissemination and report writing
• Ability to interpret, analyse, problem-solve and develop data solutions
• Experience in processing calculations and reviewing front line process support
• Awareness of COMAH report major accident hazard identified scenarios
