I have a fantastic opportunity to take on the Deputy Nurse Manager position in a local Nursing home that delivers top-level patient care. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Displaying exemplary patient care.
• Assisting the Nurse Manager with the overall running of the home.
• Supporting the home in the absence of the Nurse Manager. 
• Upholding the standards of the home. 
• Liaising with both outside agencies and statutory bodies such as the Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority, ensuring compliance with the minimum care standards. 
• Practicing within the NMC code at all times.
