Are you ready to take on an exciting challenge in the world of high-value customer engagement? Join us as a Bingo Rewards Executive and become a key player in our esteemed High-Value & Loyal Customer Division at Rank Interactive!
As a Bingo Rewards Executive, you'll dive into the dynamic realm of managing customer accounts while supporting the Rewards Team Manager in retaining, reactivating, and acquiring high-value players. Your role will encompass a variety of tasks, from nurturing customer relationships and promoting safer gambling practices to organizing hospitality events and implementing targeted marketing strategies.
You'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional value from our high-value and rewards customers, a pivotal aspect of our revenue-driving strategy. Embrace the thrill of working across multiple products, with a particular focus on Bingo and Slots, as you engage with customers through various channels like email, phone, live chat, and account messaging.
Your commitment to responsible gambling will shine as you monitor customer spending and initiate necessary conversations, always ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. Building strong rapport with customers will be second nature to you, allowing you to identify concerns, retain existing players, reactivate dormant accounts, and acquire new business.
Be prepared for a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same. From managing daily player feedback to owning investigations and escalations, your role will be diverse and engaging. You'll collaborate closely with teams across the organization, including Customer Verification, Safer Gambling, Fraud & Payments, CRM, and Customer Service, ensuring seamless operations and top-notch service delivery.
But that's not all – as a Bingo Rewards Executive, you'll have the opportunity to host exclusive high-end activities and events, fostering deeper relationships with our valued customers and exploring new business opportunities. Your dedication to meeting targets and KPIs will drive our success, while your enthusiasm for customer satisfaction will set new standards for excellence.
Working hours: 9am - 5pm with one shift per week of 12pm - 8pm. You may be required to work the occasional weekend.
