Job description

Reporting into the board this pivotal role will:

Act as a technical lead within the group to advise of product quality and NPI
Liaise with Design and QC departments ensuring high standards throughout
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the business
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to achieve quality objectives
Handle customer complaints and implement corrective actions
