We are looking to hire a Technical Test Lead with strong technical skills and testing background, and interest in automation. This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated individual with a strong sense for detail, and with the ability to work well within a team. You will work with 3rd party testers and across multiple development teams to align and standardize testing tools and processes.

As Technical Test Lead, you will perform analysis, preparation, and implementation of testing frameworks, tools and automation across multiple products. You will collaborate with the team to create test documentation and educate other team members on using the testing frameworks, tools and automation. You may also perform manual tests on a technical level, find and submit technical issues, and validate resolved issues. You should have strong technical skills and experience in software testing ideally with background in automated tests of web applications.

What You'll Do

• Develop testing frameworks, tools and automation strategy
• Develop and execute a functional test automation strategy that delivers measurable increases in QA efficiency
• Integrate Automated tests into product development process
• Assist in the design and process for automation
• Maintain testing scripts and documentation
• Present to the team how to use automated tests
• Cooperate with development to ensure product supports desired testability

What You'll Bring

• Experience working with Test Automation tools
• Basic knowledge of C# and database knowledge, SQL
• Flexibility to learn quickly testing tools and incorporating them into whole solution
• Experience in end-to-end testing
• Strong problem investigation, debugging and solving skills
• Demonstrated creativity and intelligent thinking and a solid understanding of the development processes
• Excellent communication skills to be able to explain the prepared solution to be used by the rest of the tea
