Teaching Assistant – Wakefield

• Teaching Assistant
• £85 – £95 per day depending on experience
• SEN experience preferred but not essential.
• Can perform general TA duties as well as 1:1 support
• Full time
• Immediate starts available.

CER is working in partnership with various schools to recruit Teaching Assistants for full time roles, in Wakefield West Yorkshire.

The successful teaching assistant will be supporting the classroom teacher with delivery of the national curriculum. You will be able to show innovative and engage pupils in lessons that will meet the needs of the class with a variety of abilities. You will be driven, passionate and have high expectations to ensure all pupils make good progress.

*Pay rate dependant on scale point*

Requirements of the role

• A valid DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain.
• Two suitable references covering the last two years.
• Passionate about their role
• Pro-active
