Job description
A close-knit commercial firm in Chester is looking for a Family Solicitor with at least five years’ experience to come in and be their “go-to” for family law, developing into a Head of Family role in the near future.
You’ll enjoy lots of autonomy and gain the leadership experience you need to quickly leapfrog your peers at a similar PQE level. Just think – you could be in a Head of Family role at 6-7 PQE.
The role comes with the ability to work from home for two days per week and the opportunity to have a fully private caseload with a leading Legal 500 firm.
You’ll benefit from referrals from the commercial and personal departments within the firm and be supported in building your profile in the market to attract work from referrers such as accountancy practices and financial advisors.
Applicants need not have a sole private family law background – so this is a great opportunity to move over into the private family law sphere exclusively. This specialism tends to lend itself to higher pay and more opportunity later in your career.
The firm is family-friendly and is small enough to treat its team members as individuals, not numbers – so additional flexibility can and will be granted where necessary.
