Job description
An innovative and modern law firm in Brighton is keen to recruit a Part-Time Fee Earner to work under the managing partner giving both contentious and non-contentious commercial law advice to the firm's clients.
To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience advising clients on a range of legal issues including debt recovery, commercial contracts and restrictive covenants. Duties will also include composing first document drafts and drafting letters to clients and courts. There will also be an element of employment law advice so previous experience of this will be beneficial.
The successful candidate will likely be an experienced Legal Executive or Paralegal with contentious and non-contentious commercial law experience who can work without supervision.
