Job description

Essex based IT MSP and Office Technology company is looking for a new Marketing Manager to help move the business forward to meet its objectives . GBP35k plus Campaign Bonuses with 40k OTE

The ideal candidate will be an allrounder, although the client is open to 2 x Part time staff, that can bring their different skill sets together, to create an inhouse team with a wider range of core skills and cover for each other during holiday periods. (Schools Hours are an option)

As a technology business, we work with a number of key partners and manufacturers, who provide a range of bestselling products and solutions, that we then resell and support through our team of 30 plus technical staff; so, working with partners to get the best from their own marketing departments will play a part in helping with quality content for social media or co-branded collateral for campaigns, brochures, events etc.

The successful candidate will have a number of the following key skills:

1. Marcom experience.
2. Design skills.
3. Database management experience.
4. Campaign design and management.
5. Website content management.
6. Physical and email, Mailshot design and broadcast.
7. Assistance with events.
8. Copywriting skills.
9. The ability to work with our partners marketing teams to get support on new products.
10. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
11. Creative nature and able to provide ideas and concepts.
12. Able to create and manage relevant and effective social media posts to constantly improve our image and reach.
13. Able to work with minimal supervision day to day.
14. Management of Video s for our YouTube channel.

This will be an excellent opportunity for the right individual/s to really take control of the marketing function and help the client to continue to build their brand and assist the sales team with lead generation and be an integral part of the business
