We are seeking a motivated Lettings Manager to join this hugely successful agency in one of the most attractive locations in London. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the office, generating new business, and meeting and exceeding office performance targets.

Responsibilities:

• Source and secure new business
• Negotiate rental agreements and manage the letting process
• Maintain relationships with landlords
• Manage negotiators
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulations
• Meet and exceed performance targets

Requirements:

• Successful track record winning new business
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to think creatively and solve problems
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
