BILLING ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATOR

Carbon60 are looking to recruit a Billing Account Administrator to work for a large utilities company based in Reading.

ROLE : Billing Account Administrator

SALARY: £14 p/h, circa £27,000 per annum (PAYE)

JOB TYPE : 3 months with extension likely

LOCATION : Reading (RG1)

HOURS : Full time, 37 hours, Monday to Friday

WORKING PATTERN : Hybrid working - currently 2 days in the office and 3 days at home. This is NOT a fully remote position .

THE ROLE:

• To manage customer billing workflow.
• Creating, sending, and tracking invoices.
• Managed data entry, ensuring accuracy of data, and maintained customer accounts.
• Processed payments accurately and promptly and reconciled accounts receivable records.
• Answering customer emails and the occasional customer telephone call.
