NIGHT SHIFT SUPERVISOR- INJECTION MOULDING

This is a temp to perm position for the right person.

Job Description

Working under instruction from Process/ Production Management, the individual will have knowledge of the Injection Moulding process and experience of working with a range of thermoplastic materials on machinery ranging from 25 tonnes to 1400 tonne presses.

The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the functioning of the injection moulding operations with respect to ISO 9001 standards and internal procedures during their shift, as well as being responsible for maintaining good discipline of the labour force of up to 12 operatives, whilst ensuring housekeeping requirements are met.

Previous experience of performing Mould changes is essential, whilst an understanding of Automation & the setting up of auxiliary equipment will be advantageous, although training will be given.

The hours of work will be 18.00pm – 0600am Monday to Thursday
