They are now looking for their next beauty pioneer to manage their retail counters across Kent. As the area sales manager, you will lead your team from the front, coaching and developing them to deliver outstanding customer experience and strive to achieve record-breaking sales results. You will monitor store KPI’s and identify key areas for growth opportunity. Alongside this you will ensure excellence in the services offered whilst maintaining brand standards. You will be an experienced retail area manager or an ambitious retail cluster manager with a proven track record of leading your teams to success. You will be makeup obsessed with a true love to making people feel beautiful. You will be a brand pioneer, not afraid to step out and engage with customers and always keeping your teams energised. The role is offering a salary of up to £42,000 for the right candidate plus company car.
