Job description
We're on the lookout for a talented Senior Media Officer to join our Oxfordshire based client. If you're a proactive communicator with exceptional storytelling skills and a passion for gardens and gardening, then this role is perfect for you!
As Senior Media Officer, you'll play an essential role in shaping the media relations strategy and driving impactful campaigns. You'll work closely with the Media Relations Manager to deliver professional, precise, and influential messaging across various campaigns and programmes. And let's not forget about building effective working relationships with national and trade journalists to promote our industry presence.

* A proven track record as a media officer or senior PR executive
* Exceptional communication and networking skills
* A demonstrated ability to develop and evaluate media plans
* Experience navigating high-pressure media situations
* Expertise in traditional, digital, and social media communications

This is an office-based role located in Chilton, Oxfordshire. However, they are currently operating a hybrid working office where you'll be required to spend two days in the office or visiting various sites around the UK. You ideally need to be a car owner/driver.
