Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 per annum plus company van and Veolia benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
Location: Manchester & Lancashire IWE Mobile Team

What you'll be doing; - Comprehensive Health, Safety & Environmental management control.
- Ensuring contractual deliverables are met through effective coordination of the team and planning of works.
- Ensuring optimum plant performance and reliability whilst maintaining a financial budget.
- Managing planned preventative maintenance systems and activities.
- Leading the operations team to instil motivation and team ethic.
- Developing the operations team to reach their full potential.
- Producing internal and customer reports.
- Assisting management and engineering teams in identifying continuous improvement projects.
What we're looking for; - A proven background within the Engineering & Maintenance industry.
- HNC or equivalent in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering
- Customer focussed with effective verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience of working to health and safety requirements
- Strong planning, time management and coordination skills to be effective within the role.
- Experienced in the maintenance of modern utilities plant
- Knowledge of effective leadership
- Knowledge of steam boiler plant
- Awareness of plant efficiency monitoring and fault finding.
- Computer literate in standard software packages such as GMail, Word & Excel.
- Full driving licence
