Job description
We have an exciting new opportunity available which is 100% remote based.
You will be providing support to the Property Managers Team and will undertake a range of administrative tasks.
The hours of work are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with 1 hour for lunch.
This is a temporary role for 3 months however it could lead to a permanent position.
Whilst on a temporary contract you must be prepared to use your own laptop initially. Should the role become permanent you will be provided with all IT equipment.
About the role:
- Provide administration support to the team
- Answer incoming telephone calls, take messages as required
- Respond to emails and correspondence in a timely manner.
- Organise and maintain files and records
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings when required.
- Prepare and edit documents with both word and excel templates
- Prepare reports, agreements, offer letters and proposals
- Assist with basic project management tasks, including research
- Respond to enquiries
- Liaise daily with agents, contractors, tenants and coordinate with the property managers team
- Other ad hoc admin tasks as and when required
About you:
- You can either have prior experience working within a similar role or if you're a recent graduate who is seeking a long term career within administration we'd love to hear from you.
- You will be detail oriented and highly organised
- Be able to work as part of a team or work on your own
- You will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills
- You must be comfortable working from home
- A positive can do attitude
