Are you a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher ready to make a real difference in the lives of students? Look no further! Blackpool Alternative Provision School is seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join a dynamic team and support our pupils on a 1-2-1 basis across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

About the Role:

As an SEN Teacher at the school, you will play a vital role in providing personalised support and guidance to the students. Working on a 1-2-1 basis, you will tailor your teaching approach to meet the unique needs of each student, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering engaging and differentiated lessons to support individual learning needs.
• Providing one-on-one support and guidance to students, fostering a positive and nurturing learning environment.
• Collaborating with colleagues and support staff to develop personalised learning plans for students.
• Monitoring progress and providing regular feedback to students, parents, and caregivers.
• Implementing strategies to promote inclusion and celebrate diversity within the classroom.
