JOB TITLE: Operations Accountant
LOCATION: Southall
WAY OF WORKING: Hybrid - 4 days per week in office
SALARY: £40,000 - £50,000
THE BUSINESS: C4S-search is pleased to be working with a global Food Service company consisting of many huge household brands.
THE OPERATIONS ACCOUNTANT OPPORTUNITY: - Conduct monthly working capital analysis, consolidating positions and providing updates for stakeholders.
- Lead budget, projection, and forecast activities, ensuring accurate consolidations.
- Oversee preparation of monthly accounts, annual budget, forecasts, and year-end accounts.
- Manage balance sheet reconciliations, monthly review meetings, and the Cost Saving project tracker.
- Streamline information delivery processes.
- Lead three finance analysts, ensuring defined roles and objectives are met.
YOUR KEY SKILLS: - Recognised accountancy qualifications. ACCA/CIMA preferable or bachelor’s degree is required, with a preference for accounting.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Extensive knowledge of Management Accounting (preference is within a manufacturing organization)
- 2 Years Post Qualification Experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; Advanced Excel required.
- SAP and BI experience a plus
