Job description
Prospectus is delighted to be working with their client to recruit for their new Finance Manager. The organisation was established in 2014 to provide fully scalable finance and operations teams to organisations in the not-for-profit sector. Their mission is to provide charities & mission driven organisations with 360° finance and operations teams, allowing them to do what they do best.
Please note this is a full-time permanent post – flexible working/part time will be considered.
The Finance Manager will manage routine management accounts and cash flow forecasts, assisting in budget creation and long-range financial planning, aiding in the preparation of year-end accounts and coordinating with stakeholders. The post-holder will support funding proposals, overseeing efficient day-to-day financial accounting operations for each charity and providing them with financial leadership.
We're in search of a team player who's either fully qualified or brings extensive experience in managing accounts and interacting with various stakeholders. This role involves working closely with multiple charities, so excellent communication, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with people at all levels of seniority are essential. We're looking for someone who's self-motivated and capable of managing their time and workload efficiently. You will have strong IT literacy and have experience using accounting software. You will also have high levels of numeracy.
