Job description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Factory Supervisor to join a great manufacturing faculty in East Yorkshire. Reporting into the Production Manager, this is a permanent position offering a highly competitive salary, excellent benefits and early finish on a Friday

The successful Factory Supervisor will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the factory production team
• Ensuring production targets and quality standards are met
• Identifying areas for process improvement & implementing changes
• Monitoring and reporting on KPIs
• Addressing any production areas and ensuring any quality issues are reported

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience of working in a similar role within a manufacturing environment, ideally from the modular build sector. Experience of M&E Systems is essential and you should have strong leadership and management skills and a good understanding of health and safety procedures. Strong reporting and problem-solving skills are also essential and you must thrive when working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

This role offers an attractive salary up to £45,000 DOE and excellent benefits. Working hours are Mon-Thurs 7am-4 30pm and 2 30pm on a Friday and the business is commutable from Hull, Driffield, York, Beverley, Scarborough and surrounding areas.
